My client is looking for a Senior Product leader with technical expertise to lead a multi-disciplinary product engineering team and help develop offerings. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the innovative mind-set to fill them, and the understanding of what it takes to build and deliver, in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes including product research, customer research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
  • Translate product strategy into detailed user stories for prototype building and final product development by the relevant teams
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Analyse market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
  • Collaborate closely with design, development, test and marketing teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire team
  • Collaborate with design and content team to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product and its features across primary market segments

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in product design or equivalent
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
  • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • Highly effective cross-functional team management
  • Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies
  • Exceptional analytical skills combined with strong people’s skills
  • Experience working in a regulated agile environment, Scrum, Kanban, Dual Track or similar
  • Previous experience in Financial Technology services
  • Previous software and web development experience
