My client is a specialist provider of Compliance Consultancy support, advice and guidance in the workplace. Due to their work, they are one of the UK’s leading Compliance Consultancy companies within the industry.

Reporting to the Field Consultancy Manager, the Senior Compliance Consultant will be responsible for providing proactive compliance consultancy service to clients, presenting compliant solutions in both general and more complex compliance areas.

Key responsibilities include:

•Contribute to the overall business strategy as part of the Senior Management Team.

•Support the MD and collaborate with Senior Management Team to devise and implement policy to ensure first class professional service delivery to clients.

•Manage insurer coverholder audit account/s

•Organise own diary to ensure the delivery of both general and complex consultancy services is arranged to provide an effective and valued service to clients.

•Organise and host bespoke customer events/training, representing the business professionally at both own and other industry events.

•Prepare, lead and/or conduct complex consultancy work to best market standard.

•Deliver effective practical compliance, supervisory and training support to clients, to ensure they maintain and enhance compliant standards.

•Build a sound reputation with clients that encourages recognition of the value of the relationship and facilitates the purchase of additional services where appropriate.

•Support the wider team in delivering services in line the agreed business strategy.
