The role will involve:

• Undertaking regular compliance monitoring

• Monitoring risk across multiple workstreams

• Supporting decision making and overseeing work within a team of more junior compliance analysts

• The review of Financial Promotions in line with regulatory guidelines

• Active contribution to project discussions

• Attending client meetings

• Creation of project plans and roadmaps

• Identify and deliver new ways to improve efficiencies in reporting and current processes

Key Requirements:

• 5-10 years’ financial services experience in a senior compliance role

• Experience of interpretation and implementation of FCA regulatory requirements in line with retail investment products

• Has working knowledge of investments and the regulatory landscape that applies to them

• Has working knowledge of Financial Services products
