My client is looking for a Senior Complex Complaints Handler to work effectively together with their consumers and Contact Centre Operation team.
They aim to deliver a high level of service and care to their customers and ensure that everyone who has contact with them has a positive experience.
- Be the point of contact for all escalated complaints
- To ensure that all complaints are handled effectively, efficiently and promptly in order to promote consumer satisfaction
- Maintain and develop the complaints process by updating policies and procedures when necessary
- Build strong working relationships with individuals across all areas of the business.
Knowledge, skills & Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Experience of dealing with complex and C-Level complaints
- The ability to prioritise workloads by managing on-going projects as well as everyday responsibilities.
- The ability to look at the wider picture & to appraise situations before making decisions
