My client is looking for a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to generate new deal business flow in the Commercial Lending space, mainly through Business development, to enhance offering for members and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to support business growth.
Generating new business deal flow in the Commercial Lending Space, mainly through Business Development
Identifying opportunities to enter new sectors and developing a business plan to support the growth in this area.
Proactively manging existing Commercial relationships to support the growth objectives of the Society.
Working amongst networks of 3 rd party introducer/partner organisations.
Passing deal flow through to a Relationship Manager, who will be responsible for Credit packaging.
Conducting Annual Relationship Management reviews of the Society's largest exposures.
Working closely with marketing and communications to create focused messaging, collateral, and marketing specific solutions in support of the business plans.
Manage the preparation and sign off processes for new commercial lending decisions and amendments to commercial mortgage documentation and the Commercial Lending Procedures.
Skills & Experience:
Extensive commercial lending experience in financial services
Excellent understanding of mortgages and the financial services market
Strong awareness of industry sector and regulation
Experience in leading, coaching and managing employees
Evidence of success in a results driven environment
Track record of successfully delivering change
Strong leadership and management skills creating an environment of trust with an ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team into consistent performance improvement.
Ability to interpret data and deliver and present findings and outcomes to others
