My client is looking for a Senior Claims Operations Manager to be responsible for the following:

  • To provide daily management oversight and accountability for Claims Operations.
  • Ensure all business areas perform within the Agreement specifically performance of Service Levels, Reserving and Management Information.
  • Ensure alignment at operational level with the Granite Group strategic plan, setting clear and specifically measurable objectives.
  • Manage and Coach line reports to ensure goals and objectives are implemented to improve job performance, ability and competence.
  • Play a major role in the Senior Management Team


  • Understand and align with the Granite Group strategic business plan.
  • Develop new initiatives and processes to continually improve the effectiveness of the operation, particularly in response to changes in the market, both legal and regulatory as well as business objectives.
  • Ensure the claims structure is fit for purpose and aligned to anticipated business growth.
  • Continuously review systems and management information capability to support process improvement, both qualitative and quantitative.  
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared towards operational excellence.
