Are you looking for a role where you have the opportunity to make it your own? We have a need for a Senior Accounting Manager, to be responsible for reporting key information internally & externally via high quality, standardised and robust periodic reporting.

Our Client:

A  specialist mortgage lender, primarily focused on carefully selected segments of the mortgage market. 

What you will be doing

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team in the delivery of a high-quality Financial Analytics and Securitisation Reporting function that visibly contributes value and meets management and client expectations as well as oversight of the securitisation reporting within the Group.

Your responsibilities will include...

  • Manage the Day to day activities of the Securitisation Reporting & Analytics team, including the activities of the off shore team.

  • Lead, manage and ensure the robustness of the Securitisation and Investor Reporting across the Group. Maintaining strong relationships with external parties and ensuring full compliance to all UK & EU securitisation regulation.

  • Work closely with Financial Control team and provide oversight of the securitisation reporting within the Group.

  • Lead, manage and ensure the robustness of the Securitisation Reporting function across the Group. Maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring all third party contractual SLAs are met.

  • Own various Client/MI/Finance reports, ensuring accuracy of content and timely production. Including ownership of the reports and underlying data, taking the lead on any business/regulatory changes which may affect the formatting & outputs.

  • Lead all Securitisation Reporting activity, including, but not limited to, portfolio deep-dives, segment performance reviews and project performance.

  • SME and point of contact for internal and external audits, including those conducted externally for our third party pools and securitisations.

  • Take a SME supporting role in the wider Finance team, also providing SME support to various projects across the Group.
