Location:             Newton Heath

Salary:                  £11.28 per hour (£14.25 inc holiday pay) Perm equivalent of £22,000 per annum

Hours:                  Mon – Thu 8.30am – 5pm, Fri 8.30am – 3.30pm   

Start Date:          ASAP!

The Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Scheduler / Dispatcher, with at least 12 months scheduling experience to join their leading, global organisation. You will assist in delivering customer appointments and working with the engineers / contractors to maintain SLA’S. You will deliver the engineers workload keeping customers updated on any delays that may occur throughout the day.

  • Scheduling planned maintenance of our products on site, dispatching reactive calls, new contract setup/renewal/cancellations, invoicing, purchase order management and ownership of customer communication
  • Excellent Customer Service and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to establish priorities
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team to agreed processes, targets and timelines
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to analyse and problem solve
  • Proven experience within a Customer Service, Administrative or Order Processing role 

Skills:

  • 12 months experience within a busy dispatch environment
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
  • Adjust to change quickly
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • PC literate and must be able to handle multiple PC applications at once
