Sales Executive

Monday - Friday Fulltime - Permanent

Salary: £23,000  

Location: York (Hybrid after 6 Months)

To optimise sales opportunities and retain existing members using established sales techniques. To represent the company in a professional and courteous manner with the customer's needs at the heart of all your decision making.

Sales Advisor responsibilities:

  • Speak with new and existing customers handling both inbound and outbound calls.

  • You will promote services in line with our core values, using your interpersonal skills and training, helping potential and existing members to understand the benefits of membership to secure new business and member loyalty.

  • Take ownership for achieving objectives and KPI's.

  • Take personal responsibility to act in accordance with the Society's values, visions, and goals.

  • Achieve agreed targets for new business and retention.

  • Arrange and conduct follow up calls to potential and cancelled members, secure new business and retain members.

  • Work effectively individually or part of a team striving to deliver an excellent Member experience.

  • Be open to business change and respond flexibly to the changing needs of the member and the business.

  • Seek opportunities to identify and highlight areas for continuous improvement.

  • Take responsibility for identifying your own performance and coaching requirements to enhance personal performance and development .
