Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Glasgow, UK
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours/week)
Schedule: Hybrid (Mon, Tue & Wed in-office)
Shifts: Mon-Fri, 8-4pm, 9-5pm & 10-6pm (with one late shift, 12-8pm)
Salary: Competitive Basic + 40% OTE Bonus (Uncapped)

The Role:
As a Telesales Executive, you'll report to the Sales Manager, focusing on web-based customer inquiries and driving sales. This role offers No cold calling and potential earnings of £50,000+ annually. You can enjoy excellent working hours without having to work weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries, including emails.
- Present product options without providing advisory services.
- Overcome objections for successful sales.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Meet regulatory targets and KPIs.
- Achieve sales targets both individual and team related.
