Salary:                  £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience plus realistic uncapped commission (around £2,000 per month)

Hours:                  8am – 8pm including weekends (Sat 9am – 6pm, Sun 11am – 5pm)

Start Date:          ASAP!

The Role:

The purpose of the Sales Agent job is to support the customer throughout their car buying journey. Sourcing their desired car according to their needs and budget, liaising with the dealers and ensuring the transaction is as smooth and positive as possible for the Customer. 

Essential Experience / Knowledge:

  • We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals, no job hoppers please!
  • Must have some experience of working with car finance
  • Good work ethics are an essential part of this role

The job:

  • Contacting pre-approved customer via the system within the required contact times;
  • Creating rapport with the Customers and Dealership to maintain excellent relations and the best outcome for the Customer;
  • Understanding the Customers’ needs to support them in sourcing their perfect car match;
  • Work with dealership to secure the best deal on the right car for the Customer;
  • Liaising with the customer and dealership to ensure a quick and seamless transaction;
  • Working with the Personal Assistance including a full handover to facilitate the onward Customer Care journey.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Consistently achieve and occasionally exceed all call handling/productivity and personal KPI’s
  • Keep within agreed absence levels
  • Maintain excellent punctuality

Work Standards:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

  • Must have excellent organisation skills;
  • Knowledge of the car buying industry is desirable;
  • A passion for providing a great customer experience;
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally;
  • Have the ability to take ownership of tasks in a timely manner;
  • To be passionate and motivated for the business and yourself;
  • Have experience working towards and exceeding targets.
