Our client is an exciting and rapidly growing financial services business that are recruiting an ambitious risk or compliance professional as Risk & Compliance Monitoring Officer. You will work in an energising environment with the opportunity to develop and progress within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and embed a risk-based monitoring and assurance framework across the business.

• Responsible for monitoring calls to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards, based on pre-determined Compliance scorecards.

• Assist the Risk & Compliance Monitoring Manager to conduct themed and ad-hoc reviews of

procedures, business and compliance processes.

• Effectively identify and escalate all potential non-Compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Conduct trend analysis of monitoring results on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have experience working in a risk/compliance capacity within an FCA regulated business.

• Able to build solid stakeholder relationships and be able to provide constructive challenge where necessary.

• Ability to identify and assess the adequacy of controls and make recommendations.

• Knowledge of relevant regulation, consumer credit knowledge is desired but not essential.
