To manage Financial Services Analytics and insight; providing insightful analysis, FS marketing campaign performance, meaningful MI reports, model governance and accurate forecasting to support effective strategy decision making, aligning to optimal customer decisions

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing, reporting and evaluating variance in the performance metrics associated with Financial Services
  • Tracking, analysing and reviewing the effectiveness of the scoring, strategy, systems, champion/challenger
  • Accurate forecasting of the performance metrics associated with Financial Services
  • Working in partnership with Ops and other Credit Risk teams to inform optimal strategy performance
  • Investigate, interpret and understand complex data, translating it into value driven insight
  • Creating, managing and reviewing MI reporting capabilities and reports, producing articulate and informative analysis in user friendly outputs for a range of stakeholders
  • Proactively supporting continuous improvement and projects, ensuring that associated change projects consider the implications for Financial Services Analytics and Forecasting
  • Evaluating and reporting on Credit Reference Agency data quality
  • Reviewing and supporting Senior / Credit Analysts analysis activity, recommendations and commentary
  • Utilise an inquisitive mindset to analyse behaviours and trends to build a deep understanding of Financial Services performance

  • Extensive experience of working and delivering in a regulated environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of financial standards and guidelines – e.g. FCA, TCF, Data Protection
