£9.54 p/h + bonuses (OTE £30,000-£38,000, top performers £40-£50k)

This business has grown astronomically over the past 12 months opening a new office in Wales, acquiring a new site in Southend as well as possessing an office in Romford and sites around the globe. This is a great time to get involved and really get your feet under the table as they promise to offer great progression and development opportunities heading into 2023.
In this role, you will be guaranteed a £250 monthly bonus for the first 3 months on top of your basic salary.
Retail Sales Advisor Responsibilities:
• To effectively handle inbound sales calls from customers
• To achieve personal sales and performance targets, contributing to the Company’s overall objectives.
• To Identify customers’ needs and upsell policies to maximise sales opportunities.
• To manage sensitive data in line with our Data Protection Policy and maintain customer records to ensure our data integrity.
• To manage outbound renewal calls for existing customers as and when required by the business.
• To work within our regulatory framework delivering a Gold standard customer contact as defined by our Quality Assurance Programme.
• Act with integrity, due care, skill and diligence.
• Be open and honest with our regulatory body.
• Pay due regard to the interest of customers and treat them fairly.
