The Resilience Risk Specialist - Data and Change will play a crucial role in implementing and overseeing the Bank's Resilience Risk Framework, providing critical oversight and support in manageing risks across the bank.
Key Responsibilities of the Resilience Risk Specialist - Data and Change:
Assess and challenge the effectiveness of data protection systems and controls
Maintain robust records of framework, responsibilities, and risk assessments
Provide oversight and challenge with a focus on data risks
Support risk and control process assessments, incident management, and regulatory reporting
Promote risk awareness and effective risk management culture
Required knowledge and experience for the Resilience Risk Specialist - Data and Change role:
Strong track record in risk and control within Financial Services
Expert knowledge of Data Risk, including data protection, governance, and architecture
Understanding of data protection frameworks such as UK GDPR and Data Protection Act
Experience in IT solutions, privacy, and change delivery
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
