A Regulatory Project Manager is required for a successful and growing financial services (flex working possible). You will be responsible for the successful management of projects which are regulatory in nature across the business ensuring projects are managed with a high focus on solutions to regulatory programmes (e.g. operational resilience, variation of permissions, remediation etc.)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain responsibility for the delivery of regulatory focussed projects, and other business projects where required
  • Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives and requirements engaging all relevant stakeholders.
  • Creation and maintenance of project documentation such as, PIDs, Project Plans, resource planning, RAID management and stakeholder reporting
  • Proactive and autonomous management of project workstreams, working alongside workstream leads to ensure objectives and deadlines are met
  • Ensure progress is tracked and accurately reported against project timelines   
  • Preparation and presentation of reporting on project status and performance
  • Lead Project Steering meetings   
  • Involvement in gaining regulatory permissions and VOP work
  • Interaction with third party service providers and multiple stakeholders across the Group

 


Requirements/Qualifications

 

  • Compliance experience and an understanding of compliance methodologies
  • Involvement in obtaining regulatory permissions  
  • Mortgage experience, or Financial Services background
  • Project experience would be of benefit
  • Collaborative approach
  • Great communication skills to be able to deal with lots of different levels and functions
  • High energy, solution oriented and capability to work in a fast paced environment with moving priorities
