Have you got experience working as a recruitment manager/leader?

Would you like to join a business that will be tripling in size over the next year?

As a Recruitment Manager you will be joining a very customer focussed and rapidly growing business based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. At present, we currently employ just over 100 people but we have HUGE growth plans in place, we aim to take the business to the next level by hiring an additional 150-200 people during 2022, this is all down to organic growth from within the business.

Therefore, as you can imagine, we are actively searching for a Recruitment Manager to join us on this exciting venture, you will play a key role in growing and expanding the business!

You will be given all the tools and resources you need so that you will be a success in this role, it will entail leading our recruitment plans, resourcing campaigns, and ensuring we have the right people in the right roles. You will understand our clients needs and effectively implement high performing teams with people aligned to our culture and values.

Recruitment Manager Duties:

•Leading and developing our resourcing department

•Looking after our clients’ brands and promoting their products and services by recruiting the right people into the right roles

•Understanding out clients needs and helping the operations teams build solutions.

•Market-mapping and building wide talent pools for future vacancies

•Staying up to date with the market and industry news

•Have commercial awareness of the business and make sound decisions in line with budgets

•Manage our bank of recruitment agencies

•Hitting organic recruitment targets by working across job sites and social media

•Building a solid candidate list.

•Building and maintaining staff’s day 1 induction into the business
