​To effectively manage the recovery of credit hire charges, credit repair charges and client’s uninsured losses. Ensuring all claims are handled with primary focus on delivering excellent service to all internal and external customers. To work to high standards in accordance with current processes, achieving business targets monthly.

What you can bring to the role:

•Previous credit hire recoveries experience

•Previous technical claim handling and customer service experience

•Have good understanding of the motor industry in relation to repair cycles, vehicle types and motor insurance policies.

•Have Knowledge of GTA guidelines, MOJ, the Solicitor and Litigation process, Vehicle groups and Insurers repair processes, together with FCA, ABI & BIBA guidelines.

•Have previous experience of MIB, Foreign Claims and ULR claims. Excellent organisational skills.

•Can work to business/department targets.

•Adapt to changes in business processes.

•Customer Service Experience.

•Work on own initiative to resolve claims and disputes in a proactive and appropriate manner.

•Negotiation skills.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm or 8.30am – 5pm
