Tasks will include:

​

•Direct Line management of the newly formed analyst team, reporting directly into the Head of R&D Pricing.

•Drive the “technical excellence” values within the team by providing optimisation modelling and data science solutions.

•Work with the Senior Management team to identify commercial opportunities and execute, including new techniques.

•Define pricing strategy and implement effective data science techniques.

•Implement cutting edge technologies and methods.

Requirements:

​

•Experience within General Insurance Pricing.

•Experience working within pricing optimisation.

•RADAR and Python experience highly preferred.

•Ability to work independently and proactively as well as supporting a team

•Strong oversight, influencing and persuasion skills

•An ability to react quickly and decisively to problems once identified
