As the Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for developing a complete QA programme that not only safeguards the quality in our dealings with customers but also fosters a “quality and professional culture,” which all employees become actively engaged in guaranteeing quality in the delivery of the service that the company offers.
The role will involve:
You will have excellent knowledge of the products and services offered by the company, knowledge of the different financial markets and sound knowledge of the FCA regulatory requirements.
You will be required to maintain your knowledge by keeping up with any regulatory changes and updating training as required.
Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.
Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
Producing monthly report of QA activities and findings to the Chief Risk Officer.
Identify and investigate any potential risks and bring these to the attention of the Chief Risk Officer
Key Requirements:
Ideally hold Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards
Previous experience of working within an FCA regulated environment
Knowledge of the various financial services products including Pensions, Equity Release, Wills, Investments
