Our client is a leading and prestigious law practice who are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Analyst. The role will be responsible for ensuring all regulations are adhered to and help promote a quality and continuous improvement culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuous auditing for the Legal Services Centre and KPI reporting
  • Spot checking documentation and reporting
  • Tracking of non-conformance up to resolution
  • Assisting with the drafting of weekly QA reporting and team stats
  • Participation in post transactional review meetings and all continuous improvement activities
  • Creating ad hoc reporting or recommending operating solutions/automation to improve the QA function

Key Requirements:  

  • Quality Assurance/Compliance experience within an FCA or similarly regulated background
  • Audit experience
  • Data handling using excel formulas, pivot tables and vlookup
  • Ability to deliver reports
