My client is looking for an extremely engaging individual with a commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement. The role will primarily be responsible for the ownership and development of the quality assurance process and delivery of the organisation providing excellent customer service and operational excellence.


  • To lead and develop quality improvement projects and ensure best practice adherence to quality management practices.
  • Provide cross functional governance and support across the wider organisation.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement experience
  • Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to demonstrate overcoming challenges
  • Willingness to take ownership of the end to end quality process
