Purchase Ledger Clerk

Merje are currently partnered with an international business based in Burnley to recruit a strong Purchase Ledger Clerk on a short term contract

The role:

  • Purchase Ledger - processing/inputting invoices manually
  • Supplier Statement reconciliations
  • Managing large accounts and high volume invoices
  • Matching invoices to delivery notes and inputting to system efficiently
  • Dealing with queries - regarding price/quantity differences with customers
  • Dealing with foreign suppliers across the globe

Key requirements:

  • Must have solid reconciliations experience
  • Must be immediately available
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to comfortably present information to senior stakeholders.
