Purpose of Role
To successfully manage and develop a team of protection advisors to deliver on their KPI’S and increase their skill sets whilst achieving the necessary targets set by your line manager.
Conducting Team Briefs / Meetings
Side by side coaching.
Remote call monitoring and feedback.
Developing coaching action plans..
Conducting back to work interviews.
Managing team performance.
Analysing daily stats.
Booking holidays / updating registers.
Logging IT and password issues.
Completing the leaver’s process.
Analysing CMS and staffing data.
Prioritisation and time management.
The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the role
- Experience of managing a team in a targeted sales through service environment
- Experience in customer service, sales or contact centre based roles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Good organisation skills
