Protection Advisor

Job Purpose: 

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced telesales advisor to join an established team responsible for selling a range of protection insurance products. You will establish customer needs and sell suitable products to meet those needs ensuring the right customer outcome is achieved.




·         To convert client enquiries to policies for prospective clients over the phone

·         To generate business equal to or in excess of monthly target

·         To provide every client with an exceptional customer service level and ensure TCF and best customer outcome is achieved

·         To use all data to maximise sales

·         To provide the client with the best possible advice

·         To ensure the client provides all relevant documentation and is chased up for this where required

·         To work and administer workflows, diaries and chase calls within required timescales

·         To ensure maximum revenue is collected by the business

·         To deal with all clients in a positive and professional manner

·         To give feedback / ideas on how processes can be improved / made more efficient

·         To act in a professional manner and deliver excellent customer service at all times

·         Deal with any client queries as required

·         To ensure computer records are kept up to date

·         To undertake any other duties that fall within the scope of this job
