Project Manager – Logistics
Fixed term contract for 12 months
Do you have experience working as a project manager within the logistics sector?
We are currently working with a global organisation who have recently secured a new and exciting project working with a leading international logistics company.
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work from home but would also be expected to travel between Birmingham and London.
Project Manager duties:
•The Project Manager is responsible for managing and reviewing operational policies, standards and procedures related to project logistics, including but not limited to the integration and installation of automations, rigging and lifting technology.
•The Project Manager is also responsible for managing relationships with logistics operations managers and project logistics resources including manpower, internal assets and external vendors.
•Resourceful and analytical, the Project Manager is required to manage resources and obtain buy-in among internal and external stakeholders.
•You will also be expected to lead a department and make business decisions independently.
