My client is looking for an experienced Regulatory Project Manager to join the Change team! They are able to offer hybrid working or work from home; attendance at meetings in the office. The successful candidate will have the experience and capability to work on significant regulatory change projects, therefore must have worked within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

•To organise, manage and control business and key stakeholders to deliver significant regulatory transformation projects and programmes.

•Lead in the delivery of regulatory related projects or programmes which support and enhance the business strategy to agreed success factors and KPI’s.

•Set, deploy and demonstrate effective governance controls in line with Change methodology.

•Manage and track budget, providing an ongoing challenge around scope and associated business case.

•Identify, secure and track internal and external resource requirements throughout the project.

•Develop and maintain a clear stakeholder map highlighting different stakeholder needs and interaction preferences.

Skills & Experience:

•Deep understanding of regulation and compliance within Financial Advice arena.

•Experience of delivering large scale regulatory projects, planning and delivering to a high standard.

•Ability to provide project management oversight across multiple projects within significant business transformation / change programmes.

•Ability to provide coaching and mentoring support and guidance to project teams on change impacts evaluation, decision-making and planning.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.

•Entrepreneurial approach to problem solving.

•Thoroughness and attention to detail.
