What will you be doing?
1.Taking on a portfolio of change projects – translating great ideas into credible plans that benefit customers, colleagues and our company
2.Working creatively to solve challenges in partnership with front line colleagues, claims specialists and the wider claims team
3.Championing a whole systems thinking approach considering processes across the entire claims journey
As one of the Change Managers, this role is critical to delivery and success. It will be exciting, busy, varied and challenging so a roll your sleeves up, hands on approach is a must! They are looking for someone with a tenacious approach to getting things done.
•Proven background and experience of delivering multiple projects successfully, including change across operational areas, IT and general processes
•A genuine passion for making things better for frontline colleagues and customers
•Has a strong knowledge of operational and risk management principles and practices
•Knowledge of claims is a bonus – but not essential
