​My client is looking for a Process Improvement Manager to be responsible to review, develop and execute a plan to drive production efficiency and end to end pace of production in the Cost teams. The role will require you to have strong leadership and significant influencing skills, with a strong operational and process driven mind-set.

•Responsibility for reviewing and redesigning the end-to-end Costs production planning and delivery process to optimise efficiencies and drive pace of delivery.

•Understanding the day-to-day execution from pipeline to settlement to ensure effectivity.

•Evaluating existing processes and recommend adjustments to improve pace of production.

•Analysing & using data to identify opportunities to improve production and performance.

•Developing and executing a plan which oversees the production process and co-ordinates all activities to ensure enough resources are on hand and that these are assigned effectively.

•Working with Business Performance Insight team to develop CMT Resource Model and other supporting tools.

•The planning of colleague schedules and support allocation of tasks to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.

•Use a data led approach to track case volumes through the milestones of the costs process.

•Work with internal teams to review and analyse existing team structures identifying opportunities to more efficiently service workload through appropriate team organisation.

•To devise and set relevant SLAs/ KPIs and production targets to better manage production processes and drive efficiency.

•Highly operational and process-driven mind-set with commitment to continuous improvement through evolution of working practise.

Skills & Experience

•Operational and Process focussed who has a continuous improvement mind-set and is always striving towards the next goal.

•We would like someone that has a good track record of delivering step change improvements, as well as incremental improvements within a business.

•We are also looking for someone that has experience of operating cross functionally, managing relationships across a wider range of stakeholder groups.

•Strong collaborator and someone that is confident and engaging when working with others.

•Someone who can present and communicate well and has a strong focus on resilience and change, as well as being passionate about the process and continuously improving along the way.
