Reporting into the Lead Product Manager – Customer Portfolio Management & Pricing this role will be responsible for assisting the function in driving the profitable growth of the Vanquis Loans, cards acquisitions, and existing customer management activities. This will be done by balancing the wide range of Vanquis customer needs with the commercial goals of the business. The balance will be achieved by ensuring Good Customer Outcomes are built into the commercial considerations of the Cards and Loans products.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

•Actively participate in the development and management of the customer & commercial portfolio strategy.

•Establish strong relationships with other key Product team members and other key Vanquis teams, such as Finance, Credit and Customer.

•Manage and monitor effective risk and compliance activities as well as formal reporting through regular governance and stakeholder updates.

•SAS/ SQL knowledge preferred

•Strong commercial acumen coupled with deep analytical capability.
