Sat within the commercial and customer team, you’ll develop the personal lending portfolio of one of the most innovative and inclusive companies on the Fintech market. You’ll be given complete ownership of a Pricing Product, whether that’s Loans, Savings, Credit Cards or Mortgages, and have full control over Pricing Decision Making. The speed and level of career development and industry exposure is completely unrivaled as you’ll be the single pricing contact for the whole bank.

In terms of career development, there is no straight path. You can naturally grow into any role that you gravitate towards and that brings out the best in your skill set, with plenty of upskilling opportunities available.

The company couldn’t be further from the traditional banking model and the diversity of their people is the reason it’s such a unique and creative place to work that is developing award winning and customer focused products.

There is a salary of up to £50,000 for this role, depending on the experience you can bring, however the hiring manager is open to a wide range of seniority for this role. Whether you’re new to the world of finance, or are stepping up into management then a suitable role can be created to accommodate your needs.

About you:

-          You’ll have experience in Pricing and Personal Lending, although this is not essential.

-          You’re career driven, with the desire to become the “go-to” person within an organisation.

-          You’re Inquisitive, Analytical and Numerical.

-          You’re commercially minded.

-          Coding experience in either Python or SQL would be great but, again, it’s not essential.

To discuss this role in greater detail, send a CV across and I’ll be in touch to arrange a conversation.
