Do you have experience working as a Personal Assistant?

Are you looking for a new role that will allow you to develop and further progress your career forward?

We are looking for a experienced and driven Personal Assistant to join our business to assist with general day to day duties across the wider team. You will need to be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels across the wider business. We are also seeking someone who has excellent organisation and time management skills combined with a good understanding of IT systems.

Personal Assistant duties:

• Support the management team in ensuring meetings take place with the right governance.

• Arranging committees to ensure that members, presenters, and resources are available.

• Recording discussions, decisions and required actions from meetings, and getting updates on progress against actions.

• Support the management team in compiling the pack ahead of committees and sub-committees where relevant.

• Working with the management team for your committee to organise the collection of information from various sources.

• Providing updates to the management team and Executive Committee chair on progress of required information.

• Collating information and producing high quality packs to strict standards and timeframes.

• Provide support for the the day-to-day administration of risk systems and management information and collation of control attestations and policy status updates and collation and provision of management information as required.

• Support the management team by providing administration of centralised risk resources, including SharePoint, team planners and shared drives.

• Supporting framework managers in identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement in risk management, including automation of reports and processes.

Personal Assistant Skills and Experience:

• Previous PA or EA Experience

• Strong communication skills

• Strong organisation skills and time management

• Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel

• Well-developed relationship management skills

• Experience with Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate is desirable

• Collaborative with a ‘can do’ attitude

• Determined, energetic and resilient

• Passionate about improving processes

• Excellent attention to detail
