People Consulting - Organisation Design - Senior Manager
My client is looking for a Senior Manager Organisation Design with experience of working within Banking and wider the Financial Services. The individual must have knowledge and skills in Organisation Design and delivered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager in the team they will expect you to:
- Shape client programmes of work, to drive HR functions of the future through process, operating model or technology change
- Manage large programmes of roughly £2m revenue, comprising of upwards of 6 consultants
Effectively manage all commercial and contractual aspects of a client programme - Develop a portfolio of clients and maintains strategic relationships
- Leverage your HR Transformation expertise and network to generate new client opportunities
- Identify opportunities to expand or extend existing programmes
- Lead the development of our HR Transformation proposition and assets
- Be a career coach for up to 4 consultants, helping them to develop and progress their careers
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:
Operating Design Implementation Planning - strong experience in the management and delivery of OD projects- Operating Design to integration – proven ability to deploy methods in an end to end design, linking the Operating Design, Capability and Governance layers to; Business / Customer Strategy, Location, Asset, Process and Technology
- Experience developing OD for front office (e.g. customer facing) as well as back office functions is preferable.
