Hours:                                   Rota:  8am - 8pm  Monday –Saturday

Job Description:

The Role:

  • Providing an excellent customer service, putting the customer at the heart of all you do
  • Delivering a ‘right first time’ service
  • Ensuring incoming and outgoing payments are processed, checked and verified accurately and efficiently
  • Identifying opportunities and developing proposals for improvements to systems, productivity and processes
  • Liaising with external bodies, including other financial institutions
  • Providing internal and external customers with a high-quality service
  • Providing problem investigations and query resolution for internal and external customers across a range of complex payments systems where in-depth understanding of the system is required
  • Working at all times in the interest of the team, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as appropriate or other teams as specified by line management
  • Assist in the reconciliation of a number of impersonal accounts with good attention to detail
  • Creating and maintaining procedures and SOP’s to ensure service level agreements for a number of payments systems
  • Step up in the absences of the flow leader to work out capacity and delegate workload within the team
