PA Office/Events Manager
Full time, in-office role
£24,000-£28,000 DOE plus benefits
We have a fantastic opportunity for a PA/ Office and Events Manager to join a rapidly expanding and ambitious business in the heart of Derbyshire.
The Role:
You will manage various elements of office administration and organise marketing events for our South Yorkshire and East Midlands offices, whilst providing diligent PA assistance to Directors.
Office & Events Manager Responsibilities:
- Organising monthly, annual lunches, and other ad-hoc business events.
- Planning and coordinating business networking events.
- Assisting and ensuring CRM systems are up to date.
- Assisting with our client contact programme.
- Office management/reception duties.
- Back-office duties; reviewing and dealing with the post, petty cash, ordering stationery etc.
- Facilities management; car park, door fobs, printers, liaising with the landlord.
- Health & Safety/First Aid management.
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Provide general support to the senior management team.
Experience and Skills Required:
- At least two years' relevant experience.
- Self-driven with a positive outlook - a degree of autonomy required in decision making.
- Motivated and proactive with the ability to work well alone and as part of a team.
- Strong organisation and planning skills with ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Sound financial knowledge and numerate.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
