Job Description:

The Administrator/ PA will provide day-to-day support for the legal team within a large Financial Services organisation. This company is very professional and busy, so they are looking for someone who is used to working in a busy environment and can prioritise their workloads effectively and efficiently, whilst providing excellent quality of work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Required to work autonomously using a high degree of initiative to carry out secretarial work
  • Planning travel arrangements
  • Provide admin and secretarial support where required
  • Provide support with diary and meeting management
  • Liaising with senior professionals within the company
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Chasing outstanding actions and escalating issues in a timely manner

Knowledge & Requirements Needed to Fulfil this role:

  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to work flexibly in a very busy and unpredictable environment
  • Ability to construct clear, accurate and grammatically correct
  • Ability to work as part of a team Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft office packages (in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) and the Internet
  • Experience as a PA
