Salary:                  £20k plus realistic commission (uncapped, should make at least £30k in first year)

Hours:                  5 days out of 7 including every other weekend and some evenings

Start Date:          ASAP!

The Role:

This sales job is 100% phone based, helping customers to find a car that suits their needs. You will be responding to warm leads that have come in from various channels, so there is absolutely no cold-calling involved in this sales job.


Essential Experience / Knowledge:

  • We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals, no job hoppers please!
  • Must have some experience of working with cars
  • Good work ethics are an essential part of this role

Key Tasks:

  • Make outbound calls to customers who have enquired about purchasing a car
  • Go through a structured fact-find with the customer
  • Build an excellent customer relationship
  • Help the customer decide which car is best for their needs
  • Offer an informative and laid back service
  • Input details accurately in the in-house system

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Consistently achieve and occasionally exceed all call handling/productivity and personal KPI’s
  • Keep within agreed absence levels
  • Maintain excellent punctuality

  • An excellent telephone manner when dealing with both internal and external customers
  • A soft approach when dealing with sales
  • Possess excellent keyboard skills
  • Reach and maintain your potential through continuous development
  • Observe and work within company and industry guidelines (DPA, Company Information Policies etc.)
