​Hours: 37.5 per week, over 5 days on a rota covering 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Outbound sales consultants to join a motivated and friendly team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be contacting warm leads, customers who have previously expressed an interest via the company’s website, or customers who have previously purchased our products and who we would like to invite to purchase from us again.

Key Responsibilities:

• To make outbound sales calls via our automated dialling system, working on pre specified campaigns.

• The work towards and achieve agreed individual and team performance objectives, contributing to the overall company objectives.

• To identify customer needs and provide and sell policies that fully meet our customers expectations.

• To handle customer objections confidently, providing outcomes that are within the interest of both the customer and the business.

• Pay due regard to the interest of customers and treat them fairly.

About You:

• Have the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.

• Must be able to demonstrate self-motivation and a hunger to succeed.

• Previous experience in a sales role with proven levels of success is preferable.

• Experience meeting both sales and quality targets.

• Ability to discuss sensitive topics.

• Strong IT literacy skills.

• Strong listening skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is essential.

• Professional telephone manner is essential.

• Flexible – from time to time you may have to travel to an alternative location for training/meeting purposes specific to your job role.
