You will be calling our clients business customers past and present to fact find, assess need and arrange warm appointments for our Business Development Account Managers. You will have fabulous communication and customer service skills and be target driven.
Making outbound B2B calls to senior decision makers promoting awareness of products
Arranging appointments for field based BD Account Managers’ to go and visit clients
Calling up lapsed clients
Calling companies and finding out how much they currently spend on their energy
Hours of work: Shifts between the hours of 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday (35 hours a week)
Excellent working environment
Previous experience of working in a B2B sales environment
Ideally some contact centre sales experience
Excellent communication skills
