My client has seen unprecedented growth over the last few years and show no signs of slowing down. Following on from a number of changes in the Contact Centre, we are now looking to recruit an operational leader to help with the development of the team.

We are looking for a people orientated leader and you will:

Take responsibility of an operations team of around 50FTE

Train and develop the team and be responsible for delivering against targets

Develop the Customer Experience and Customer processes

The successful individual will:

Have experience of leading a team

Be used to or be wanting to work in a fast paced and developing environment

Be an inspirational leader that is looking to develop their career

In return you will receive:
