Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm / 37.5 hours per week

Part time hours will also be considered – 3 full working days / 7.5 hours per week

12-month fixed term contract

We are searching for an Operational Support Advisor, to join an outstanding business.

Operational Support Role:

This role is integral to providing the level of customer service members

expect. You will effectively and accurately process a wide range of correspondence from members, assess medical referrals, authorise invoice payments and action membership adjustments and payments.

You will also be speaking with members over the telephone, so a confident phone manner is essential.

•Previous administration experience is essential

•Self-motivated and resilient

•Good keyboard and professional letter writing skills

•Ability to work to a high level of accuracy, to deadlines and under pressure

•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Full induction and training will be provided so that you have thorough understanding and knowledge of the business and the role.

There is a requirement to attend the 2 weeks’ training Monday to Friday (9am-5pm office based), and you must be available for the whole period.
