​We are assisting our clients with a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team that are driven and passionate about analytics.

As the Operational Risk Analyst, you’ll join their Risk Governance and Control team, performing and assessing key risk and control processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working to tight deadlines performing monthly control processes, data integrity checks, and delivering MI to the Director of Market and Structural Risk.

• Assessing and reporting upon the unit’s level of compliance with policy standards with the aim of reducing operational risks and regulatory sanctions.

• Consolidating information for several, monthly forum/committee MI packs.

• Co-ordinating MSR’s responses to new product initiatives, facilitating rapid responses to strategic business proposal and supporting the delivery of operational risk requirements applicable to Line 2 Risk Control units

• Maintaining information relating to financial instrument pricing and risk measurement models in the bank’s model inventory system, in accordance with the Model Risk Framework.

Skills and Experience:

Essential

• Experience of working in roles that involve the reporting, processing, and controlling of financial data.

• Experience working with governance.

Desirable

• Operational Risk, Financial Control, Product Control, Market Risk or Liquidity Risk experience.

• Understanding of the banking sector.
