​Our Client is a leading Financial Services organisation who are recruiting an Operational Resilience Contractor to facilitate change and deployment of their Operational Resilience plan.

​

Key Responsibilities:

•Input into the design and development of the operational resilience framework, including the testing thereof.

•Support the assessment of current recovery arrangements against industry standards and impact tolerances, identify gaps / vulnerabilities and propose mitigating solutions.

•Act as a coordinator across business divisions in ensuring key deliverables are satisfied, on time.

•Advise on areas of investment and support the identification of solutions.

•Focus on working with business areas to ensure the timely implementation of the resilience framework, including assessment, testing, and delivery.

•Engage with stakeholders across the business to shape and monitor tolerance levels and support the implementation of any remediation plans and activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

•Will have a solid technical knowledge and a practical understanding of Operational Resilience requirements and solutions.

•Experience in similar sized financial institutions, or the mortgage / 2nd charge sector.

•Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, including the ability to prioritise and schedule own workload.

The role will benefit from a mixture of office (3 days) and home (2 days) based working
