This is a brand new role, so you can really pout your own stamp on it.

You'll lead a small team, and deliver key reports to senior stakeholders and with this being a new position, the opportunities to develop are completely up to you - the sky is the limit!

The day to day of this role will see you involved with the 1LOD team, the team that provides independent reporting across operations. You'll analyse data that comes through the department and report back to committee members and key stakeholders across the business to shape the operational direction of the team.

You'll need experience in a leadership role, strong MI reporting and trend analysis experience and a desire to build something new. You'll ideally be in an Analytics role currently, with a good understanding of FCA regulated environments.

You can be based in either West Midlands or Kent, with travel to the office twice per week.
