Customer Service Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy office environment as a Loan Assessor.  You will be responsible for completing the loan applications made online, whilst also delivering exceptional customer service.

Hours: Rota (Mon – Fri between 9am – 7pm) (Every other Saturday 10am -2pm)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Outbound telephone communication to Potential Customers and their Guarantors
  • Taking inbound calls
  • Collating Customer Information
  • Checking credit files
  • Explaining the application process
  • Generating Customer contracts
  • Achieve targets as set by the business

The Person:

  • Experience of working in a busy office and sales environment
  • Experience / knowledge of the Lending industry is desirable
  • Experience of working in Debt Management is useful
  • Highly motivated with a desire to exceed targets
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and good organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Passion for excellent customer service
  • Prioritise and manage own workload
