I am working with a specialist Insurance broker who are expanding their new business team in Stockport and are looking for an experienced Telesales Agent or Lead Generator to come in to the business and after training hit the ground running!.

As an Insurance Sales Advisor / Lead Generator you will be responsible for providing sales and admin support connected to the customers insurance needs. This includes telephone work, website and referrals whilst ensuring the Company and FCA rules and guidelines are followed.

Job Duties:

- Provide an excellent sales service, arranging cover and administering policies on an advised basis offering support for the full range of Insurance products provided by the company through the customer requirements and any needs for Quotations, New Business, Adjustments, Renewals and Claims support.

- To provide an efficient service providing customers with any updates
- Ensuring individual and company service standards are achieved.
- To achieve objectives of individual and team goals and develop internal and external relationships
- Lead by example in achieving sales, service and admin goals
- Ensure company brand materials and working space meet and exceed company presentation standards
- Adhere to both Company and FCA rules and guidelines
- Any Ad-hoc duties that may be deemed relevant by management
