We’re looking for sales savvy people who can easily build rapport to work for our client as a Lead Generation Advisor. You will be generating leads for the insurance sales team, from light contact customers and cold leads. Don’t worry if you don’t have sales experience… You just need the natural “knack” to speak to customers and want to succeed and this will reflect in your career and also in your pocket!

• Ideal but not essential, experience of working in a contact centre environment!
• Contact Businesses regarding Private Health Insurance as a benefit for their employees.
• Using great customer service to qualify leads for the consultants to advise on private medical Insurance.
• Providing a professional, efficient, courteous and accurate service to our customers
