So as the Lead Data Analyst to do just this for an Insurtech that is taking their space by storm, you'll have a huge amount of sway and influence from day one. This company will make you feel valued and at home, and strive to do everything that they can to make sure you grow and develop your skill set, whilst always having interesting work on.

You'll need to have Insurance Claims experience (personal lines ideally) and know how to turn data into clear, actionable insights. This role falls within the Data Leadership team, so you'll be a subject matter expert in this space and have a desire to facilitate real change within the industry.

Expert SQL skills are a must - so is the mentality to make a difference.
