Key Responsibilities of the Lead Campaign Analyst:
- Working within the Campaign Analytics function of Marketing
- Lead the implementation, delivery, monitoring and optimisation of the customer journey
- Aim to increase customer-product engagement and maximise ROI & campaign impact
- Evolve and implement systems, strategies and analysis
- Daily use of SAS and analytical techniques to drive Marketing forward, analysing performance and making future recommendations
- Lead projects and represent the project team in meetings
- Manage key relationships across the business
- Mentor analysts
Ideal knowledge and experience for the Lead Campaign Analyst role:
- 5 + years’ experience in analytics within similar disciplines, i.e. marketing within Financial Services
- Knowledge of marketing strategy and systems design and development
- Able to manipulate, interpret and present complex data
- Excellent technical skills with SAS (Base & Enterprise Guide), SQL and Excel
- Commercially aware and able to look at the bigger picture
- Experience of senior relationship management and mentoring analysts
- Able to lead projects
