Key Responsibilities of the Lead Campaign Analyst:

  • Working within the Campaign Analytics function of Marketing
  • Lead the implementation, delivery, monitoring and optimisation of the customer journey
  • Aim to increase customer-product engagement and maximise ROI & campaign impact
  • Evolve and implement systems, strategies and analysis
  • Daily use of SAS and analytical techniques to drive Marketing forward, analysing performance and making future recommendations
  • Lead projects and represent the project team in meetings
  • Manage key relationships across the business
  • Mentor analysts


Ideal knowledge and experience for the Lead Campaign Analyst role:

  • 5 + years’ experience in analytics within similar disciplines, i.e. marketing within Financial Services
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy and systems design and development
  • Able to manipulate, interpret and present complex data
  • Excellent technical skills with SAS (Base & Enterprise Guide), SQL and Excel
  • Commercially aware and able to look at the bigger picture
  • Experience of senior relationship management and mentoring analysts
  • Able to lead projects
