We are excited to be working with a brand new client in London that can easily be described as a start-up disruptor within their field.  Providing customers with world class service while navigating the sale of this varied and exciting product!  The contact centre has doubled in size of the last 12 months alone!

 

As they continue to grow in both size and market share they are looking at developing the structure and hierarchy of the contact centre.  As a result, I am supporting their search for an experienced customer service professional at a Senior Team Manager/Junior CCM level.  You will be responsible for your own team of between 7-12 Sales Exec’s as well as take on Deputising duties for the Head of Site while they are working at other sites are need assistance with various other day to day running objectives.

To be successful you must be at a high performing Team Manager level within a Contact Centre and have experience with multi-channel contact.  You should be able to demonstrate your ability to deal with high worth sales and ensure the customer journey between purchase and receiving is flawless.
